1.⁠ ⁠Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

We offer exchanges based on product availability. Please contact us to arrange.

4.⁠ ⁠Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item as soon as possible.

5.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
